For small batch orders (less than 20 boxes) that do not require customization, you can place your order 5 days in advance. For holiday gifting, we recommend you place as early as possible, we start taking orders with special discount rates in September-October and regular rates in November-December.

Yes. To start the production of your order, we will need to receive the payment via credit card or bank transfer. You can pay directly at our store when placing your order, in our online store, or via email through a link for payment.

Yes. We have vegan chocolate bonbons available. All our chocolate bars are gluten and dairy-free.

We ship our chocolates nationwide (except in Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska). We ship our chocolates via UPS. If you have a FedEx or UPS Account, we can also ship the chocolates using your account and you can only pay for the handling fee and any additional fee of your courier service. We can also deliver our chocolates in the Miami Area using a courier service (the rates will depend on the area ($15-$50).

Our regular chocolate art bonbons are filled with different flavors but our custom bonbons are not. The custom bonbons are made of solid dark chocolate on the bottom and solid white chocolate on top so we can print your logo on them.

No, we can’t. We have to add a layer of white chocolate on each bonbon so we can print your logo or design on the bonbon.

Yes, we can send you our In Design File and you can work on your design, or you can send us an idea, or a reference image and we can create the design for you.

No, it’s not necessary. You can store your chocolates in Air Conditioning below 75 ºF. If you are planning to give our chocolate boxes at an outdoor event during the summer season, we recommend you store the chocolates in an indoor room with A/C and hand them at the end of your event.

No, we use a special insulated package and iced gel pack depending on the current temperature, and the transit always takes less than 2 days during the summer season. If you are planning to buy our chocolate boxes and ship them by yourself, please be mindful that depending on the temperature, the chocolates will need iced gel packs and insulated bags so they can arrive at their destination in perfect shape, especially if the recipient lives in Florida. Please contact us if you have any questions on how to ship your chocolate boxes.

Our chocolates are made fresh every week and can last from 6 to 8 weeks if stored properly on A/C below 75ºF.

Yes, we offer nut-free chocolate bonbons and bars. We don’t work with peanuts in our chocolate shop but be mindful that we work with other types of nuts. We work with hazelnut, almond, and pistachio
in some of our products, which can be identified in our menu of flavors
included in each chocolate box. If you have an allergy or sensitivity to some ingredients, please make sure to let us know when placing your order. On our website, you will find a “SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS” box when placing your order where
you can specify the required flavors or dietary restrictions.

Yes, we will send you a mock-up of your box and bonbons so you can visualize your box.

Yes, you can ask for as many custom or regular bonbons as you want in one single box. You can also indicate how you want your custom bonbons to be displayed (centered, right or left upper corner, one in the right lower corner, etc.)

Yes, you can customize your box only with a custom sleeve.

Yes, we will need your recipient list and we will send you an estimate for the shipping according to the regions of the United States you want to ship your boxes. We will validate the address in our shipping system and let you know if there are invalid or incomplete addresses.

We can not print your design with white ink in-house. We will have to use a 3rd party provider, which can take more time and a different price, which will vary depending on the amount of boxes.

No, we can not print a design on the chocolate bars. You can only customize the wrapping of the bar.

You can print on white paper, silver paper, or gold paper. When in doubt, we can create a mock-up so you can pick what you like the most.

Yes, Our party favor boxes of 2 pieces and 4 pieces already include a custom sleeve for you to personalize it any way you want. If you don’t want a custom sleeve, the price is still the same.

You can order your box in silver, white or gold. We recommend you place your order in advance so we can make sure your desired box is in stock.
