It began with a memory, a warm kitchen, a cherished recipe, and the hands of my grandmother moving with love and intention.
I’m Maria Alejandra, and in 2001 I opened Romanicos in a small Miami kitchen with one purpose: to transform chocolate into moments of beauty, connection, and quiet celebration. What began as passion became ritual. And over time, a legacy.
Every piece we create is handmade in small batches using ethically sourced dark chocolate. Inspired by family, crafted with care, and elevated by simplicity, Romanicos honors quality over complexity and meaning over more.
We offer rich, traditional creations alongside exquisite vegan options, and most of our chocolates are naturally gluten-free. No preservatives. No shortcuts. Just pure ingredients, thoughtful balance, and the kind of indulgence that nourishes body and soul.
