Program Description

The Romanicos Chocolate SMS program provides customer-care and informational messages to customers who expressly agree to receive them.

Messages may include:

• Requested follow-up information after a telephone call.

• Links to the Romanicos Chocolate website or WhatsApp contact.

• Responses to product and customer-service inquiries.

• Order, pickup, delivery, appointment, or event information.

• Other information specifically requested by the customer.

The program is not intended for recurring promotional messages unless the customer separately provides the appropriate consent for promotional communications.

Customers may opt in during a customer-initiated telephone call with Romanicos Chocolate. Before sending an SMS, the Romanicos virtual assistant asks the caller for explicit permission to send the requested information by text message.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier and service plan. Romanicos Chocolate is not responsible for charges imposed by your mobile carrier.

Opting Out

You may cancel SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to a Romanicos Chocolate text message.

After submitting a STOP request, you may receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. No additional messages will be sent unless you provide new consent.
